Spitalfields Music is well-positioned to implement Arts Council England’s Let’s Create strategy over the next decade, with a strong commitment to diversity evident not only in its artistic endeavours but also in the diverse expertise and backgrounds of its trustees, leadership and staff. The organisation prides itself on drawing talent from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
The incoming Chair of Spitalfields Music will be a values driven individual who is excited to hit the ground running. Playing a crucial role in upholding the organisation’s mission, vision and values, they will hold the Board and Senior Leadership Team accountable for achieving objectives, providing inclusive leadership and ensuring effective governance. Collaborating closely with the Chief Executive, the Chair will foster unity within the Board, working alongside the management team to accomplish our ambitious goals.
