Spitalfields Music’s flagship Trainee Music Leader Scheme has been equipping instrumentalists and singers with the skills needed to pursue careers in music leading for more than 20 years. We provide places for musicians to take part in a paid practical training programme, giving participants the chance develop their music leadership techniques through hands-on experience and training. Now, we’re looking for organisations to join us as host partners in delivering the scheme.
