This 60-minute workshop, designed by Mindapples, offers an opportunity to explore ways of coping with change, and to share tools in working through setbacks and adversity with a flexible mindset.

In this workshop you’ll be able to connect with your peers in the sector and learn skills in resilience, coping and growth.

Mindapples is a charity that works to promote better public mental health through training, social projects, public campaigns and supporting other charities and community groups to promote mental health and wellbeing. They’re passionate about making knowledge about mental health and well-being accessible to all, and supporting people who need help managing their minds.

We are hugely grateful for The Cultural Recovery Fund to help cover the costs of these courses.
