How can leaders give an equal weight to all the voices in the room in creative music-making sessions?

Skills Lab Academy 2022 opens with a day exploring collaborative facilitation. This session, delivered in partnership with The Multi-Story Orchestra, will equip both emerging and established music leaders with the skills to lead and collaborate confidently and effectively on voice and instruments.

Led by Abimaro Gunnell, the morning will be spent exploring essential music workshop skills including a range of warm-up, ice breaker activities and songs. In the afternoon, Guest Leader Kate Whitley, Artistic Director of The Multi-Story Orchestra, will discuss the different roles you might encounter in a workshop and equip participants with approaches to creative music collaboration that ensure everyone’s voices are heard.

Book all four Skills Lab sessions by Thursday 10th February 2022 and get one free! (Total price £135 instead of £180). Discount will be automatically applied when you add all four to your basket.

If you have any access requirements, and/or need financial assistance to cover the cost of access requirements, please contact us.
