Purcell’s magical semi-opera — a combination of myth, allegory and English history — is given a radical makeover. Reinterpreted, recreated and rearranged, Club Inégales fuse sumptuous orchestration and freewheeling improvisation creating a reimagining of Purcell’s masterpiece like no other.
