Discover the secret history of Bethnal Green with award-winning walking guide Daniella King. Starting with its Roman roots, the tour uncovers tales of brilliant boxers, gruesome gangsters, the notorious Bloody Bishop and many more. Each walk is approximately 2 hours, ending at York Hall, a Spitalfields Music Festival venue and the home of British boxing.

The walk ends at York Hall, one of Britain’s best known boxing venues. Opening originally as a Turkish bathhouse, York Hall’s neo-Georgian Grade II architecture, skylight arched windows and host of original features have cemented its reputation as an extraordinary venue not only for sporting events but for a variety of live music, fashion and comedy.
