How to book

There are three main ways to book tickets:

• Online: Book online 24 hours a day (debit/credit card)
• By phone: 07311 622393 Monday-Friday 10.00am–5.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays) (debit/credit card). Please leave a message if you are unable to get through and we will call you back.
• On the day of the event: Advance booking is strongly recommended. However, tickets may be purchased (subject to availability) from 30 minutes before the start of an event from the Box Office at the event venue.

Phone lines may be busy during on-sale periods. If you are unable to get through to us, we recommend you leave us a message and a member of the team will call you back as soon as possible.

Tickets may be exchanged, free of charge, within the same festival period at the discretion of the Box Office Manager and subject to availability. Please call 07311 622393 at least 24 hours prior to the original concert performance time to enquire.

Tickets will not normally be refunded. Refunds are only given in extenuating circumstances and only at the discretion of the Box Office Manager. Please email ku.gro.cisumsdleiflatips@eciffoxob  for more details.

For environmental reasons, tickets will not be posted to you in advance. We recommend that you select ‘Print @ Home’ when booking online to ensure your tickets are emailed to you. You can show your tickets on the door either as a print-out or on your smart phone. Alternatively, you can opt to check in at the box office at the venue on the day of the performance, though please allow time to queue before the advertised start time.

Most tickets for our festival are unreserved, so do arrive early to ensure any seating requirements can be met. Our stewards will be on hand to help.
